Pflegedienstleiter/in 100% ##

Deine Aufgaben ##

  • Du führst ca. 30* *Mitarbeitende fachlich und personell und sorgst für eine dienstleistungs- und bewohnerorientierte, professionelle Pflegequalität
  • Du rekrutierst, führst, planst und entwickelst die Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Betreuung und Pflege
  • Dein Team betreut unsere Bewohner im Betreuten Wohnen mit Spitex Leistungen
  • Als empathische Ansprechperson für Bewohnende und Angehörige organisierst und koordinierst Du das Tagesgeschäft für einen optimalen Pflegeablauf
  • Du führst Rapporte, Teamsitzungen und interne Schulungen durch
  • Du gewährleistest die Qualitätsentwicklung und Wirtschaftlichkeit innerhalb der personellen und finanziellen Vorgaben
  • Du bist mitverantwortlich für die qualitative und wirtschaftliche Zielerreichung
  • Du planst mit dem Aktivierungsteam die monatlichen Anlässe

Das bringst Du mit ##

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson auf Tertiärstufe und eine betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung mit fundierter Führungserfahrung
  • Eine hohe Fach-, Sozial- und Führungskompetenz
  • Empathisch im Umgang mit betagten Menschen und deren Angehörigen
  • Gefestigte, loyale Persönlichkeit mit Lebenserfahrung
  • Unternehmerisches, eigenverantwortliches und vernetztes Denken und Handeln
  • Ausgeprägte Belastbarkeit und sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Fundierte RAI NH / RAI HC und EDV Kenntnisse
  • Gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
