Für die Senevita Dorfmatt in Münsingen suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Wohnbereichsleiter/\-in 80% \- 100%

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die fachliche und personelle Führung der Mitarbeitenden und stellst eine hohe Qualität der Pflegeprozesse in der Abteilung sicher
  • Du führst dein Team mit Engagement, gehst mit gutem Beispiel voran und förderst Motivation sowie Zusammenarbeit
  • Du unterstützt die Planung, Koordination und Organisation des Pflegealltags auf Grundlage unseres Pflegekonzepts
  • Du gewährleistest einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss zwischen Bewohnenden, Angehörigen und dem Pflegeteam
  • Du arbeitest eng mit der Leitung Pflege zusammen und unterstützt sie in organisatorischen, administrativen und strategischen Aufgaben
  • Du bringst dich aktiv in der Pflege ein und übernimmst zugeteilte Dienste, inklusive Wochenenddiensten
  • Du begleitest und unterstützt Lernende sowie Praktikant:innen in ihrer Aus\- und Weiterbildung

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder Fachmann/\-frau Langzeitpflege und \-betreuung BP
  • Erfahrung als Teamleitung/Stationsleitung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege
  • Freude an der Führung, Entwicklung und Motivation von Mitarbeitenden sowie an der Arbeit im Team
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Sozialkompetenz im Umgang mit Bewohnenden, Angehörigen und Mitarbeitenden
  • Du verstehst Schweizerdeutsch und sprichst fliessend Hochdeutsch
