Senior Helpers of Dayton is looking for caring, dependable, and compassionate Caregivers to support seniors in the Yellow Springs, Ohio area.

Pay and Benefits

  • Earn up to $16 per hour, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, you will help clients feel safe, comfortable, and supported in their own homes. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting seniors with personal care needs
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Helping clients with assigned Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and the care team

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Compassionate attitude and commitment to helping others
  • Previous senior care or caregiving experience is a plus, but a caring attitude is essential
  • Ability to commit to at least 20 consistent hours per week to support continuity of client care
