We have immediate openings throughout the Dayton area, including Centerville, Dayton, Springfield, Xenia, Urbana, New Carlisle, Tipp City, Kettering, Clinton County, Greenville, and surrounding communities.

Pay and Benefits

  • Earn up to $16 per hour, depending on experience
  • Weekend pay differential: Additional $1.50/hour for weekend day shifts Additional $2.00/hour for weekend night shifts
  • Multiple shifts available with opportunities to start immediately

Job Responsibilities

As a caregiver, you will help clients remain safe, comfortable, and supported in their homes. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients with personal care needs
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Helping with assigned Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and the care team
  • Supporting clients' daily routines while promoting dignity and independence

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
  • Availability by phone or text for shift-related communication
  • Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required
  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient attitude
  • Willingness to learn and provide quality care

No previous caregiving experience? No problem! Training is provided to help you develop the skills needed for the role.
