Senior Helpers – Prescott, AZ is seeking a part-time RN Nurse to perform assessments in the Prescott area, including Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Dewey, Mayer, and Williamson Valley. This role involves conducting thorough client assessments to ensure the provision of high-quality care tailored to each individual's needs. The ideal candidate will be reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments for clients in various locations within the designated service area.
  • Document client health status, care needs, and recommendations accurately and timely.
  • Communicate assessment findings effectively with the care coordination team and family members as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and state regulations.
  • Travel to client locations throughout Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Dewey, Mayer, and Williamson Valley areas.
  • Must be able to contact clients and schedule your own assessments, as well as communicate with the office manager and Branch Manager.

Requirements

  • Active RN license in the state of Arizona.
  • Previous nursing experience, preferably in home care or community health settings.
  • Strong assessment and communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the service area.
  • Ability to work part-time hours as needed.
