Looking for a caregiver job in Rogers or Pea Ridge? Senior Helpers of Northwest Arkansas is urgently hiring home care caregivers to serve seniors in Rogers, Pea Ridge, and nearby communities such as Lowell, Little Flock, Bethel Heights, and Garfield. If you have experience in assisted living, independent living, senior living, nursing homes, home care, or healthcare, we’d love for you to join our team.

Job Duties:

  • Help clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
  • Offer friendly companionship and emotional support, including conversation and recreational activities
  • Handle everyday household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to learn new skills to best assist your clients
  • Caring and compassionate, with a true desire to help others
  • At least one year of experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance, or nursing assistance is required
