Senior Helpers of Sunrise is hiring compassionate, dependable Spanish-speaking caregivers!

We're expanding our team to support Spanish-speaking clients and families throughout Broward County. Whether you're an experienced HHA/CNA or newly credentialed, we welcome qualified applicants who are passionate about making a difference.

Caregiver Responsibilities

Depending on the client's individualized care plan, duties may include:

  • Bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
  • Safe transfers, walking, mobility support, and fall prevention
  • Medication reminders and light meal preparation
  • Companionship and assistance with daily activities
  • Light housekeeping and errands
  • Communicating with clients, families, and office staff
  • Following care plans and reporting changes in client needs

Required Qualifications

  • Current HHA certificate or CNA license
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish
  • Dependable, compassionate, and professional
  • Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
  • Ability to follow care plans and safety procedures
  • Reliable transportation to client assignments
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance if transporting clients
  • Successful completion of required screening and onboarding

Preferred: Previous caregiving experience, including bathing, dressing, transfers, and mobility assistance.

Scheduling & Availability

Service Areas: Sunrise, Plantation, Fort Lauderdale, and surrounding Broward County communities.

We're recruiting for current and future assignments, with priority needs in ZIP codes 33317 and 33322.

Various availability considered. Assignments depend on client needs, qualifications, and scheduling. Specific hours are not guaranteed.
