Your Role as a Caregiver

You'll provide personalized, one-on-one care to seniors in their homes. Depending on the client's needs, your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
  • Helping with mobility, walking, and safe transfers
  • Preparing meals and providing medication reminders
  • Performing light housekeeping and laundry
  • Assisting with errands and transportation, when applicable
  • Supporting clients with daily routines and activities
  • Observing and reporting changes in clients' conditions
  • Promoting client safety, comfort, dignity, and independence

Who We're Looking For

We want caregivers who are:

  • Compassionate, patient, and respectful
  • Dependable and committed to their scheduled shifts
  • Comfortable providing care independently in a client's home
  • Professional and able to communicate effectively
  • Passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors

Experience with dementia, Parkinson's disease, mobility assistance, personal care, or other specialized care needs is a plus!

Available Schedules

We offer various shifts depending on current client needs and caregiver availability:

  • Weekdays
  • Day shifts
  • Overnight shifts
  • PRN / Fill-In opportunities

Typical Hours: 12–40 hours per week, depending on available assignments.

Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of caregiving experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Current auto insurance and reliable transportation
  • Negative TB screening
  • Ability to complete required basic health screening and pre-employment onboarding
  • Ability to pass required background checks
  • Authorization to work in the United States

CNA, GNA, or HHA experience is welcome but not required for all assignments.
