Front Desk Coordinator  Wexford Place | Senior Star Create Purposeful Moments in the Middle of a Fast-Moving Day At Senior Star, we believe in doing for each other with love. We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator who can bring Legendary Hospitality while also thriving in a role where priorities can change by the minute. This is more than a traditional front desk position. You will be at the center of the action—answering phones, welcoming residents and families, coordinating transportation, supporting community operations, solving unexpected problems, and determining what needs your attention first when several things are happening at once. If you enjoy variety, can stay organized in the middle of controlled chaos, and know how to remain calm, warm, and professional while juggling competing priorities, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do

Serve as the hub of daily community operations, balancing resident needs, visitors, phone calls, administrative responsibilities, transportation coordination, and unexpected requests throughout the day. Constantly assess and reprioritize your workload as new needs arise—often managing several competing priorities at the same time. Create exceptional first impressions by delivering Legendary Hospitality to every resident, family member, guest, vendor, and associate. Coordinate resident transportation, including appointments, outings, schedule changes, cancellations, and last-minute adjustments. Partner closely with Drivers and community leaders to solve scheduling challenges quickly and keep transportation running smoothly. Support the Business Manager with administrative and operational responsibilities that require strong organization, accuracy, and follow-through. Stay calm and solutions-focused when the day doesn't go according to plan. Know when something needs immediate attention, what can wait, and who needs to be involved to keep things moving. What We're Looking For

Someone who genuinely enjoys a fast-paced role with a lot of moving pieces. Strong multitasking, prioritization, organization, and problem-solving skills. The ability to shift gears quickly without losing track of important details. A calm, professional presence when several people need assistance at the same time. Strong communication skills and confidence working with residents, families, associates, vendors, and leaders. Experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, administrative support, or another high-volume environment preferred. Comfortable using computer systems, calendars, and scheduling tools. Senior living, healthcare, or hospitality experience is a plus.
