Universal Worker/ Elevator Support Senior Star | PRN (As-needed) Shifts | $13/hr At Senior Star, Legendary Hospitality is about more than great service — it's about creating positive moments, even when things don't go as planned! We're looking for a Top in Class Universal Worker / Elevator Attendant to help support our community during an elevator modernization project. This role is perfect for someone who loves people, stays calm under pressure, and knows how to turn a frustrating situation into a positive experience. What You'll Do

Deliver Legendary Hospitality to residents, families, and visitors every day.

Serve as an elevator attendant, helping residents safely travel between floors during our modernization project.

Be a friendly, reassuring presence while residents navigate temporary disruptions.

Handle concerns and frustrated residents or family members with patience, empathy, and strong de-escalation skills.

Communicate clearly, anticipate needs, and know when to involve community leadership.

Pitch in with dining, housekeeping, and other community needs when assigned.
