Wir sind ein privater Dienstleister, der sich einer individuellen und dem Alter entsprechenden Pflege und Betreuung von Seniorinnen und Senioren und ihren Bedürfnissen verschrieben hat. Wir arbeiten interdisziplinär und multiprofessionell um eine ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner zu garantieren.

Aktuell sind wir auf der Suche nach 1 Ergotherapeut (m/w/d) Seniorenresidenz Eggenberg Beschäftigungsbeginn: ab sofort

Beschäftigungsausmaß: Teilzeit / Vollzeit

IHR PROFIL:

* Abgeschlossene ergotherapeutische Ausbildung

* Hohes Maß an Kommunikationsbereitschaft, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und sozialer Kompetenz

* Wertschätzender und empathischer Umgang mit Bewohner*innen

* Gute Organisationsfähigkeit

* Belastbarkeit

* Hohe Motivation, Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative

* Selbständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und kollegiales Verhalten

* Wir sind uns als Gesundheitsunternehmen unserer Vorbildwirkung und unserer Verantwortung sehr bewusst. Für diese Position wird entsprechend dem österreichischem Impfplan empfohlener Impfschutz für Beschäftigte im Gesundheitswesen vorausgesetzt.

IHRE AUFGABEN:

* Bewohnerzentrierte Therapieplanung sowie

-durchführung und Dokumentation

* Selbständige Gestaltung und Durchführung von Therapieeinheiten, vorrangig im Gruppensetting

* Unterstützung der Bewohner*innen bei individuellen Alltags- und Lebensgestaltungen

* Unterstützung und Anleitung der Bewohner*innen bei den alltagsorientierten Kompetenztrainings im Rahmen der Normalisierung

* Begleitung der Bewohner*innen bei Terminen außer Haus
