Die Seniorenwohnheim Weststraße gemeinnützige GmbH ist eine Tochtergesellschaft der Stadt Lüdenscheid und betreibt an zwei Standorten Pflegeeinrichtungen für Senioren/innen. Das Angebot unseres Unternehmens umfasst Betreutes Wohnen, Ambulante Pflege, Tagespflege und Stationäre Pflege.

Unser ambulanter Pflegedienst steht für eine fachlich kompetente, zugewandte und würdevolle Versorgung von pflegebedürftigen Menschen in ihrer vertrauten häuslichen Umgebung. Neben einer hohen Pflegequalität legen wir besonderen Wert auf ein kollegiales, von gegenseitigem Respekt geprägtes Arbeitsklima. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Pflegefachkraft (Vollzeit oder Teilzeit).

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

  • Häusliche Pflege: Durchführung der fachgerechten Grund- und Behandlungspflege direkt beim Klienten vor Ort.
  • Pflegeprozess: Strukturierte Führung und Aktualisierung der digitalen Pflegedokumentation und -planung.
  • Beratung: Kompetente Beratung von Pflegebedürftigen sowie deren Angehörigen in pflegerelevanten Fragen.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Aktive Mitwirkung an der Sicherung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Qualitätsstandards.
  • Netzwerkarbeit: Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit behandelnden Ärzten, Therapeuten, Sanitätshäusern und den sonstigen Einrichtungsbereichen unseres Unternehmens.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Qualifikation: Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als examinierte Pflegefachkraft (z. B. als Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann, Altenpfleger/in oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in).
  • Fahrerlaubnis: Einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B (Pkw) für die Durchführung der Touren.
  • Kompetenz: Ein hohes Maß an Empathie, Zuverlässigkeit sowie Freude an der selbstständigen ambulanten Arbeit.
  • Arbeitsweise: Eine strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste und teamorientierte Denkweise.
  • Flexibilität: Die Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Schicht-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten im Rahmen der Tourenplanung.
