Senior Helpers – Bolingbrook & Southwest Suburbs is growing, and we're looking for experienced Illinois Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who want meaningful work supporting older adults in their homes.

CNA Pay
$20–$21/hour based on experience and demonstrated skills
PLUS an additional $2/hour for eligible weekend shifts
CNAs with strong hands-on experience in areas such as dementia care, transfers, Hoyer lifts, Parkinson's care, personal care, and complex client needs may qualify for our higher pay level.

Put Your CNA Skills to Work
As a CNA with Senior Helpers, your responsibilities will depend on each client's individual care plan and may include:
- Personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Hoyer lift assistance when appropriately trained and assigned
- Dementia and memory care support
- Companionship and meaningful conversation
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Grocery shopping and errands
- Transportation to appointments and activities
- Observing and communicating changes or concerns to the office team
- Helping clients remain safe and independent at home

What We're Looking For
We're looking for CNAs who are experienced, dependable, compassionate and professional.
Requirements:
- Active/valid Illinois CNA certification
- Professional caregiving or CNA experience
- Strong hands-on personal care skills
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Professional communication
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training
Experience with dementia, Parkinson's disease, Hoyer lifts, transfers, mobility assistance, or higher-care-needs clients is highly valued.
