At Senior Helpers East Dallas, we work with caregivers who take their role seriously and want steady, one-on-one care assignments, not chaotic scheduling or last-minute shifts.

Pay & Schedule $13–$15/hour (based on experience & case) Overtime available (1.5x pay over 40 hours) 9 holidays paid at 1.5x Biweekly pay (direct deposit or check) Flexible scheduling with consistent clients
