  • Communicate concerns to the appropriate team members and help coordinate solutions when needed.
  • Ensure the client's environment is appropriate for safe and effective non-skilled care.

Client & Family Relations

  • Serve as a consistent point of contact for clients and families.
  • Maintain regular communication with families regarding services, concerns, changes, and client needs.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in home care, senior care, healthcare, client relations, case coordination, social services, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and families.
  • Comfortable conducting home or facility visits.
  • Professional, compassionate, and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, leads, and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
