QUÉ HARÁS

Cuidado Centrado en el Cliente: Eres los ojos y oídos de nuestros clientes. Brindarás cuidado no médico, incluyendo compañía, preparación de comidas, limpieza ligera del hogar y asistencia con actividades de la vida diaria (ADL) —como el baño, vestirse y el uso del baño— con dignidad y respeto.

Comunicación y Documentación: Mantén registros detallados del cuidado, informa de inmediato a la oficina sobre cualquier cambio en el cliente, y asegúrate de que tus servicios cumplan totalmente con las normas de HIPAA y de verificación electrónica de visitas (EVV).

Cuidado Colaborativo: Trabaja de cerca con el personal de la oficina para brindar la experiencia "Senior Care, Only Better". Serás la persona en quien la familia confía para tener tranquilidad.

Confiabilidad: Llega puntual, preparado y listo para participar en actividades recreativas, conversaciones y tareas que mejoren la calidad de vida de nuestros clientes.

QUIÉN ERES

Cuidador con Experiencia: Debes tener al menos 1 año de experiencia profesional en el cuidado de personas, ya sea en atención domiciliaria, vida asistida, enfermería o un entorno similar de cuidado para personas mayores. Buscamos cuidadores que comprendan la responsabilidad de brindar un cuidado de calidad y compasivo, y que estén listos para ofrecer un alto nivel de servicio.

Un Profesional con Propósito: Has pasado tiempo en atención domiciliaria, vida asistida o enfermería, y sabes que tu trabajo es un oficio, no solo una serie de tareas. Buscas un lugar donde se perfeccionen tus habilidades, se escuche tu voz y tu crecimiento profesional sea una prioridad.

Preparado para la Tecnología y Adaptable: Te sientes cómodo usando herramientas digitales para gestionar tu horario y la documentación del cuidado. Ves la tecnología como una manera de dedicar más tiempo a tus clientes y menos tiempo a la fricción administrativa.
