Senior Helpers McKinney is seeking a compassionate, dependable, professional, and motivated Caregiver Ambassador to join our team! We are looking for an experienced caregiver who is passionate about senior care, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in representing our agency in the community.

Position Overview

The Caregiver Ambassador serves as a representative of Senior Helpers, supporting caregivers, welcoming new clients, assisting with client introductions, and promoting a positive experience for clients, families, and employees.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a positive role model and representative of Senior Helpers.
  • Welcome and support newly hired caregivers.
  • Assist with caregiver orientation and on-boarding.
  • Conduct meet-and-greets with prospective and new clients and their families.
  • Help introduce caregivers to clients and establish positive working relationships.
  • Travel to client homes, community locations, and other assigned destinations as needed.
  • Distribute caregiver supplies, client materials, and company resources.
  • Assist with delivering supplies and materials to caregivers and clients.
  • Promote professionalism, teamwork, and excellent customer service.
  • Communicate caregiver and client concerns to management.
  • Support caregiver engagement, retention, recognition, and appreciation activities.
  • Help ensure caregivers understand company expectations and care standards.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous home care or caregiving experience required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional, dependable, and approachable personality.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
  • Ability to travel to client homes and assigned locations.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
  • Ability to conduct professional client meet-and-greets.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Passion for serving seniors and their families.
