Senior Helpers - Naperville is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide support and assistance to our senior clients in Naperville, IL. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and offering companionship in a respectful and supportive manner.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental and emotional well-being.
  • Help clients with medication reminders and light housekeeping tasks.
  • Monitor client health and report any significant changes to the supervising nurse or family members.
  • Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous caregiving experience mandatory.
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to pass a background check and any necessary health screenings.
  • Availability to work in Naperville and surrounding areas.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions carefully.
