Caregiver Wanted: Be the Reason Someone Feels Safe, Seen & Cared For

We’re currently hiring experienced caregivers throughout Berks County who are dependable, compassionate, and genuinely enjoy helping seniors live safely and comfortably at home.

What This Role Looks Like

This is not just another “sit with clients” position.

Our Senior Caregivers play an important leadership role by supporting clients while also helping mentor and guide newer caregivers in the field.

You’ll provide hands-on care, companionship, encouragement, and reassurance — while helping us maintain the high level of care our family’s trust.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Building meaningful relationships with seniors and their families
  • Helping clients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, walking, meals, and companionship
  • Supporting seniors during recovery or with age-related challenges
  • Assisting with care plan implementation and communication
  • Mentoring and training caregivers through shadowing support
  • Helping ensure clients receive consistent, compassionate care

Schedule & Pay

  • All shifts available
  • Weekend availability is a plus (but not required)
  • Starting pay: $17-$19/hour
  • Bi-weekly direct deposit
