Til vores samarbejdspartner i Viborg søger vi en erfaren bogholder til en deltidsstilling på ca. 20 timer om ugen.

Virksomheden udvikler digitale løsninger til sundheds- og velfærdsområdet og oplever fortsat vækst. Derfor søges en bogholder, som kan være med til at sikre en stabil og velfungerende økonomifunktion.

Du bliver en vigtig del af administrationen og får ansvar for en række centrale økonomiopgaver. Hverdagen er præget af høj faglighed, korte beslutningsveje og et samarbejdende arbejdsmiljø, hvor man hjælper hinanden, når der er behov.

Stillingen passer godt til dig, der trives med at arbejde selvstændigt, har styr på detaljerne og motiveres af at følge opgaverne helt til dørs.

Arbejdsopgaver

Nedenstående opgaver er opstillet i prioriteret rækkefølge ud fra opgavernes omfang og betydning i stillingen.

  • Daglig administration af kreditorbogholderiet, herunder bogføring og afstemninger
  • Udarbejdelse af kvartalsvise momsregnskaber samt afstemning af momskonti
  • Administration af finanskonti i samarbejde med virksomhedens eksisterende bogholder
  • Afstemning og opfølgning på balancekonti
  • Hjælp i forbindelse med årsregnskab inden for egne ansvarsområder
  • Besvarelse af ad hoc-henvendelser fra organisationen samt deltagelse i digitalisering og optimering af administrative processer i e-conomic

  • Økonomisystemer er en fast del af din hverdag, og erfaring med e-conomic er en fordel
  • Struktur og sans for detaljen kendetegner dit arbejde
  • Du tager ejerskab over dine opgaver og sikrer, at de afsluttes korrekt
