In de residentie sta je in voor het opdienen en afruimen van de maaltijden, het onderhouden en reinigen van de gebruikte materialen en lokalen. Op deze manier wordt er bijgedragen aan kwaliteitsvolle maaltijden voor de bewoners. Hierbij moet voldaan worden aan de hygiënische, nutritionele en HACCP normen.• Opdienen en afruimen van de maaltijden• Proportioneren van de maaltijden• Klaarzetten en opdekken van de tafels voor de maaltijden• Opdienen van de maaltijden• Afruimen en materiaal terug naar de keuken brengen• Onderhouden en schoonmaken van het materiaal en lokalen • In- en uitladen van de vaatwasser• Schoonmaken van de tafels, distributiewagens, …

• Vereiste studies: BSO 3de of 4de graad: Studiegebied Voeding• Ervaring in een grootkeuken is een meerwaarde• Werkervaring: beperkte ervaring (< 2 jaar)• Goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal• Kunnen werken met keukentoestellen en goede kennis van culinaire organisatie• Regels en afspraken nakomen (o.a. betreffende voedselhygiëne / HACPP-normen)• Klantgerichtheid• Zin voor nauwkeurigheid, orde en netheid hebben• Zelfstandig kunnen werken• Vermogen om zich aan te passen aan veranderende omstandigheden• Plannen en ordenen• Samenwerken als een hecht team• Het vermogen om om te gaan met stress• Voortdurend oog hebben voor de klanttevredenheid en werken met de focus op de resident en/of familie
