Deine Aufgaben

Du führst unser Telesales-Team mit aktuell 5 Kolleg:innen und verantwortest den entscheidenden Moment im Kund:innenprozess: den Weg vom Angebot bis zum Abschluss. Du machst dein Team besser, jeden Tag – mit Coaching, klaren Zielen und viel Herz für unsere Kund:innen.

  • Führung, Coaching und Entwicklung eines Teams von 5 Vertriebler:innen im Innendienst
  • Steuerung der Pipeline vom Kostenvoranschlag bis zum Closing Call sowie Sicherstellung verbindlicher Nachfassprozesse
  • Mithören bei Gesprächen, Feedbackgabe, Training der Einwandbehandlung und Weiterentwicklung des Sales-Playbooks
  • Blick auf Kennzahlen wie Zusagequote und Durchlaufzeit sowie Ableitung entsprechender Maßnahmen
  • Aktives Anpacken, Übernahme anspruchsvoller Kundengespräche und Einspringen bei Engpässen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen und Funktion als Multiplikator
  • Einbringen eigener Ideen beim weiteren Ausbau von Prozessen, Tools und dem Team

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im telefonischen Vertrieb mit echter Abschlussstärke
  • Erste Führungserfahrung als Teamlead, Senior oder Coach
  • Du steuerst gern über Zahlen und kennst dich mit CRM-Systemen aus (Zoho ist ein Plus)
  • Du sprichst die Sprache unserer Kund:innen – überwiegend Senior:innen und ihre Angehörigen: empathisch, geduldig, überzeugend, ohne Druck
  • Erfahrung in Handwerk, Sanitär, Home Services oder Pflege ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
