Como Analista de Relacionamento e Produção de Conteúdo, você será a ponte entre a SENSE, a SWIFT e a NOMAD, os atletas e criadores que representam essas marcas e os profissionais que transformam tudo isso em conteúdo. Você cuida do programa de embaixadores, organiza as captações e acompanha cada entrega de perto. É uma função de relacionamento e de campo, para quem gosta de gente, de bike e de colocar a mão na massa. Como em um bom pedal em grupo, o seu papel é manter todo mundo no mesmo ritmo e chegar junto ao destino.

O que você vai fazer na prática:

  • Manter um relacionamento próximo com os embaixadores das três marcas e prospectar novos parceiros alinhados ao perfil de cada uma;
  • Combinar, acompanhar e cobrar as entregas de conteúdo dos embaixadores, além de controlar o ranking de vendas e os resultados de cada um;
  • Apoiar a liderança na estruturação de contrapartidas e comodatos;
  • Manter o banco de fotógrafos, videomakers e editores, fazendo o briefing dos trabalhos e alinhando prazos de captação e edição;
  • Acompanhar as entregas dos profissionais, centralizar ajustes e organizar o fluxo de aprovação;
  • Montar o checklist de cada gravação (equipamentos, produtos, figurino, locação e logística) e solicitar e controlar os pedidos de peças, bikes e itens necessários;
  • Apoiar roteiros e a direção criativa durante as captações, dirigir até os locais de gravação e apoiar os eventos das marcas.

O que esperamos de você:

  • Formação: cursando ou formado(a) em Publicidade, Comunicação, Marketing ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência: vivência com influenciadores, produção de conteúdo ou assessoria (estágio e projetos pessoais contam);
  • Mobilidade: CNH categoria B e disponibilidade para dirigir, viajar e trabalhar em gravações e eventos;
  • Perfil: proativo(a), resolve antes de ser cobrado(a) e traz a solução junto com o problema. Organizado(a), atento(a) a detalhes e prazos, comunicativo(a) e com facilidade para criar vínculos;
  • Habilidades: boa comunicação escrita e verbal;
  • Diferencial: afinidade com o universo do ciclismo ou com marketing esportivo, vivência com freelancers ou produção audiovisual e noções de foto, vídeo, roteiro e storytelling.
