Job Description

Sensient Technologies olarak bizler renk ve aroma uzmanlarıyız. Doğal ekstraktlar ve gıda renklendiricileri geliştiren ve üreten şirketimizde görevlendirmek üzere, aşağıda belirtilen niteliklere sahip İdari İşler ekibine bağlı olarak görev alabilecek İdari İşler Personeli arayışımız bulunmaktadır.

Görev Tanımı

  • Şirket araçları ve servislerin takibi; lastik değişimi, bakım, muayene, yakıt alımı, yıkama ve diğer işlemleri yürütmek
  • Danışma sürecini desteklemek; danışma görevlisi yoksa telefonlara bakmak, gelenleri karşılamak, sevkiyat araçlarını yönlendirmek ve misafirlere bina içinde refakat etmek
  • Resmi daire, imza ve yasal işlerde İdari İşler Amirinin verdiği görevleri yerine getirmek; evrak/malzeme teslim-alımı ve dış işlemleri yürütmek
  • Fabrika içi evrak dağıtımı, fotokopi, tarama gibi ofis işlerinde İdari İşler Amirinin talimatlarını uygulamak
  • Bina çevresi ve ön saha temizlik süreçlerinde temizlik ve danışma görevlilerine destek olmak; gerektiğinde genel temizlik işlerine yardımcı olmak
