  • Operate and troubleshoot various LC systems, including reverse-phase, HILIC, ion-exclusion, normal-phase, flash, preparative, HPLC, and UHPLC with DAD, ELSD, and MS detection.
  • Develop, optimize, and validate LC/LC-MS methods for plant extracts, food products, and natural-color applications.
  • Design and execute analytical studies, including shelf-life and product evaluations, while delivering accurate data to support R&D, quality, and business decisions.
  • Improve laboratory operations by developing SOPs, enhancing workflows and data management, collaborating with stakeholders, supporting safety/compliance, and driving continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in chemistry with 5+ years of experience or master’s degree in food / color analytical chemistry or related field
  • Experience working in analytical chemistry, food science, color science, or a related laboratory environment.
  • Strong knowledge of analytical instrumentation and laboratory testing techniques.
  • Ability to develop methods, interpret complex data, and provide clear scientific recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Commitment to laboratory safety, quality standards, and continuous learning.

What You'll Get

  • Opportunity to work on innovative projects that support product development and scientific advancement.
  • Exposure to a wide range of analytical techniques, technologies, and research initiatives.
  • Collaborative environment that values knowledge sharing and scientific excellence.
  • Opportunities to lead projects and contribute to laboratory strategy and process improvements.
  • Professional development through technical learning, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
