Buscamos un Operador de Producción (B) para unirse a nuestro equipo y desempeñar un papel fundamental en el respaldo de una amplia gama de actividades para el proceso de apoyar al cocinero en el proceso de preparación y cocinado en la elaboración de preparados de fruta y sin fruta cocinado asegurando que cumplan con las especificaciones del producto, calidad, inocuidad, seguridad y tiempos establecidos en la formulación

Qué harás:

  1. Auxiliar al cocinero con la revisión de las materias primas acopiadas para elaboración de fórmula. Reportando cualquier diferencia al cocinero o coordinador para evitar problemas de rastreabilidad.
  2. Alistar los productos para agregar a la marmita, asegurando que estén disponibles para el momento en que se requiera adicionar a fórmula.
  3. Auxiliar en el vaciado de materias primas, siempre en función del tiempo asignado por el cocinero y cuidando sus buenas prácticas de manufactura, para garantizar la calidad e inocuidad de nuestros productos.
  4. En caso de utilizar alérgenos es indispensable asegurar que se manejen de forma adecuada, para evitar contaminación con otros productos o herramientas.
  5. Realiza purga de marmita, asegurando que se encuentre lista para realizar el proceso de elaboración de producto.
  6. Llevar acabo el procedimiento de verificación de equipos de medición que tenga asignados.
  7. Realiza el armado de bomba, poniendo especial cuidado en el armado de filtro por ser un punto crítico de control, asegura el correcto ensamble del supresor de metales con el resto del equipo. Reportando cualquier anormalidad al cocinero o coordinador.

  1. Tener conocimiento en Seguridad Industrial..
  2. Tener conocimiento de HACCP, BRC y BPMs.
