Regional Marketing Manager EMEA

Sensor Tower

Location: London, UK

Work arrangement: Hybrid, with 2-3 days per week in the office

Organization: Marketing

Level: Director; initially an individual contributor, with future team leadership

About the role

Sensor Tower is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to drive marketing across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Based in London, you will help create and implement Sensor Tower’s regional marketing strategy, building awareness, generating demand, and supporting pipeline growth in partnership with regional Sales and our global Marketing organization.

This is a broad marketing role with an emphasis on product marketing and brand marketing. You will develop a strong grasp of our products and customer use cases, translating complex capabilities into clear, persuasive messaging for EMEA audiences. Working closely with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success, you will contribute regional insights to global launches and adapt global programs for local markets.

This is a director-level position that will begin as a hands-on individual contributor. You will set priorities, write content, and deliver programs directly, while establishing the foundation to build and lead an EMEA marketing team over time.

What you will do

- Drive the EMEA product marketing strategy and plan, aligning regional priorities with sales goals, global go-to-market strategies, and opportunities across the region.

- Work with Product and Engineering to understand product capabilities and translate technical information into customer value propositions and relevant use cases.

- Partner with global Marketing and Product on product and feature launches and beta programs, bringing EMEA buyer needs into planning and leading regional messaging and activation

- Help plan and execute integrated campaigns across content, email, digital channels, account-based marketing, and events to generate qualified pipeline and support deal progression.

- Collaborate with other marketing leaders on regional events.

- Equip regional Sales teams with localized pitch decks, competitive battlecards, product presentations, and case studies that address customer needs and objections.

- Gather customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market insights across EMEA. Share actionable findings with global teams to inform product and marketing decisions.

- Establish scalable marketing processes, identify future hiring needs, and build and develop the regional marketing team as the function grows.

What you will bring

- Significant B2B marketing experience, with a track record of driving regional strategy and delivering results at a senior or director-level scope.

- Exceptional writing and editing skills in English, including the ability to explain complex products and data clearly to different buyer audiences.

- Experience adapting global strategies for EMEA, with an understanding of regional differences in buying behavior and market needs.

- The ability to build product knowledge quickly and partner effectively with Product and Engineering on messaging and launches.

- Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence, including partnership with regional Sales and global teams across time zones.

- Experience using CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to measure performance and guide decisions.

- Sound strategic judgment and prioritization, with the willingness to execute directly and the leadership skills to build a team over time.

- Broad hands-on experience across demand generation, field marketing, content, and account-based programs, with evidence of pipeline impact

Preferred experience

- Experience in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, digital market intelligence, or data products.

- Experience hiring, mentoring, or managing a marketing team.

- Familiarity with Salesforce, Looker, or buyer intent platforms.

- Additional language skills relevant to EMEA markets.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
