  • Manage every aspect of the mechanical systems package, including scope, programme, cost, quality and close-out.
  • Co-manage site safety with the Mechanical Project Manager and Sensori Safety Advisor; set up, maintain and close out the project safety file and drive a strong QHSE culture within the team.
  • Coordinate site QA with the QA Manager; establish, manage and close out the QA file, including test packs, pressure-test records and inspection evidence.
  • Maintain and drive the package programme in coordination with the Project Manager, consulting engineers and client milestones, sequencing mechanical works with electrical, civil and commissioning activity.

  • Manage subcontractor performance, progress against program and manpower levels; hold weekly coordination meetings.
  • Operate the in-progress snagging system; ensure supervisors return weekly punch lists and that snags are distributed to subcontractors.
  • Coordinate procurement of long-lead mechanical plant and equipment; schedule and track deliveries to align with the program.
  • Issue direct labour and subcontractor hours to the time administrator for central tracking.
  • Produce internal weekly progress reports rolled up from supervisor reports (percent complete by WBS, concerns and risks) and external reports to the Project Manager covering delays, design shortages and third-party hold-ups.
  • Maintain a weekly photographic diary and attend site meetings, project reviews, engineering reviews, planning sessions and handover meetings.
  • Close out all package items, including final account, O&M manuals, punch list, safety and QA files, and material and plant relocations.

  • Experience of design-and-build delivery, industrial relations and multi-contractor environments.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practice.
  • Excellent IT literacy, including project scheduling and reporting tools.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
