As a Senior Manager, Talent Brand and Social Impact, you will be tasked with shaping how the world experiences SentinelOne as an employer while helping bring our commitment to community impact to life. Reporting to the Vice President, Internal Communications and Talent Brand, you will lead creative storytelling, employer reputation programs, and social impact initiatives that showcase our people, culture, and purpose. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring an exceptional storyteller, creative problem-solver, and collaborative partner who can turn ideas into compelling experiences and measurable results.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute a global talent brand strategy that strengthens SentinelOne's reputation as an employer of choice, brings our employee value proposition to life, and supports our ability to attract and engage exceptional talent.
  • Lead our Great Place To Work certification and workplace recognition programs, managing award strategy, submissions, timelines, stakeholder coordination, and opportunities to amplify recognition across internal and external channels.
  • Own the editorial strategy and execution of the Life@S1 blog, identifying and developing authentic employee stories that showcase our culture, career opportunities, values, and global community.
  • Support the strategy and day-to-day management of the S Foundation, including grant cycles, application and review processes, nonprofit partnerships, program coordination, and communications that demonstrate the impact of our community investments; coordinate CyberSafe University initiatives and partner with Employee Engagement on S1 Cares to promote employee volunteerism, community engagement, and social impact opportunities, collaborating with internal teams and external organizations to strengthen participation, amplify program visibility, and showcase our commitment to giving back.
  • Serve as a liaison for student engagement initiatives, coordinating relationships with educational institutions, student organizations, and internal partners to support early-career awareness, community engagement, and emerging talent programs.
  • Partner with Corporate Marketing, Social Media, Talent Acquisition, and internal stakeholders to develop compelling talent brand and social impact content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels, coordinating campaigns and content calendars to maximize reach, engagement, and consistency; create engaging recruitment marketing materials, presentations, digital assets, and candidate-facing experiences that communicate what makes SentinelOne a compelling place to build a career.
  • Manage and optimize our employer presence on Glassdoor and Indeed, including employer profiles, reputation management, content updates, employee review insights, and opportunities to strengthen candidate perception.
  • Create polished, executive-ready presentations, visual narratives, and creative assets that translate complex ideas into clear, engaging stories for talent brand campaigns, social impact programs, and leadership audiences.
  • Apply AI tools thoughtfully to strengthen content creation, research, storytelling, campaign planning, analytics, and workflow efficiency, identifying opportunities to use AI to improve the quality, speed, personalization, and impact of talent brand and social impact initiatives.
  • Partner with Internal Communications, People Team leaders, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and other stakeholders to amplify employee experiences, culture, recognition, and community impact through coordinated storytelling and communications; manage multiple initiatives, creative workflows, agency relationships, budgets, and deadlines while using data, feedback, and performance insights to continuously improve program effectiveness and business impact.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 10 or more years of experience in talent brand, employer branding, communications, content marketing, social impact, or related fields, with demonstrated success developing and executing high-impact programs.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling, authentic content that connects with diverse audiences; strong visual storytelling and presentation design capabilities, including hands-on experience developing polished, executive-ready slide decks and creative presentations that communicate clearly and inspire action.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency, including practical experience using generative AI tools to accelerate content development, improve workflows, generate insights, and enhance creative and operational outcomes.
  • Experience developing and executing employer brand strategies across digital, social, and candidate-facing channels, with an understanding of how to strengthen employer reputation and attract talent; experience managing employer recognition programs, workplace award submissions, or similar initiatives requiring cross-functional coordination, compelling storytelling, and attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting corporate social responsibility, employee giving, nonprofit partnerships, grants, or community impact programs, with the ability to manage programs thoughtfully and measure results.
  • Strong digital content creation skills, including experience with presentation software, visual design tools, social media platforms, and content management systems; familiarity with employer reputation platforms such as Glassdoor and Indeed, including profile management, content optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate stakeholders, meet deadlines, and deliver consistently high-quality work; experience managing program budgets, tracking expenditures, forecasting costs, and allocating resources effectively to maximize impact and ensure financial accountability.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data, engagement metrics, and audience insights to inform strategy, evaluate performance, and improve outcomes.
  • A collaborative, relationship-driven approach, with the confidence to partner across functions and levels, including senior executives, creative teams, external agencies, nonprofit organizations, and employee communities; a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to experiment with new technologies, creative approaches, and ways of working.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
