Estamos em busca de um Analista de Licitações/contratos.

Descrição da vaga

Analista para pesquisar, preparar e executar processos licitatórios e administração de contratos para empresa no ramo de serviços. Facilidade no relacionamento interpessoal, iniciativa, dinamismo e persistência são características primordiais para essa posição. É um cargo estratégico pois está diretamente ligado ao planejamento, BSC e diretoria da empresa.

Responsabilidades

Experiência com processos licitatórios em todas suas modalidades.

Pesquisar, captar e elaborar o resumo dos editais.

Analisar e interpretar 100% dos Editais captados antes da abertura do certame.

Cadastrar proposta, acompanhar licitações, organizar e montar as documentações exigidas em edital.

Elaborar e providenciar todas as certidões e documentos necessários para participar da licitação.

Participar das licitações presenciais e eletrônicas.

Acompanhar diariamente as licitações em andamento e os prazos.

Suporte para inclusões e atualizações cadastrais da empresa em portais.

Realizar a separação, organização e atualização de documentos necessários ao processo licitatório.

Elaborar questionamentos, recursos, impugnações e recursos administrativos.

Realizar a emissão e organização de atestados de capacidade técnica junto à equipe de produção.

Apoio na formalização e acompanhamento de contratos administrativos.

Controle de vigências contratuais, prazos para renovação, reajustes e aditivos.

Elaboração de ofícios e demais documentos administrativos relacionados às contratações públicas.

Manutenção de controles, relatórios e indicadores da área.

Qualificações

Vivência e conhecimentos na área de licitações, conhecimentos legais e práticos da administração pública (leis, fluxo processual, modalidades de compras, controles), bem como as modalidades de licitação.

Habilidades com planilhas, formulários, métodos e controles.

Habilidades em navegar pelos portais que regem o segmento (caufesp, sicaf, banco do brasil e outros).
