Är du serviceinriktad, affärsmässig och gillar att hitta den bästa lösningen för kunden? Rollen passar dig som trivs med kundkontakt, orderhandläggning och telefonhantering, men som inte är ute efter traditionell telefonförsäljning eller provisionsbaserat arbete.

Hos oss arbetar du med inkommande kundärenden och order, där din uppgift är att ge professionell service samtidigt som du ser möjligheter till merförsäljning och kompletterande produkter. Du guidar kunden rätt, säkerställer en smidig köpupplevelse och bidrar till att utveckla både kundrelationen och affären.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

  • Ta emot och hantera inkommande kundkontakter via telefon och mejl
  • Registrera, följa upp och hantera kundorder
  • Hjälpa kunder med produktfrågor, leveranser och andra orderrelaterade ärenden
  • Aktivt identifiera kundens behov och föreslå relevanta produkter och lösningar
  • Arbeta med merförsäljning som en naturlig del av kunddialogen
  • Skapa en professionell och positiv kundupplevelse
  • Samarbeta med kollegor och andra avdelningar för att lösa kundens ärende på bästa sätt

Vem söker vi?

Vi tror att du är en person som gillar människor men också gillar affärer. Du nöjer dig inte alltid med att bara svara på kundens fråga, utan är nyfiken, ställer följdfrågor och ser vad mer du kan hjälpa kunden med.

Vi ser gärna att du:

  • Är kommunikativ, positiv och trygg i kunddialogen
  • Har ett naturligt säljtänk och kommersiellt driv
  • Är lyhörd och duktig på att förstå kundens behov
  • Trivs med telefon och digital kundkontakt som dina främsta arbetsverktyg
  • Är noggrann och strukturerad i orderhantering
  • Har lätt för att lära dig produkter och system
  • Tycker om att arbeta mot gemensamma mål och bidra till teamets resultat
  • Har erfarenhet av kundservice, innesälj, butik eller annan service och försäljning

Erfarenhet från byggvarubranschen är meriterande, men det viktigaste är din inställning, din förmåga att skapa förtroende och din vilja att lära dig.
