Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest SEA-Kampagnen für Kund*innen verschiedener Größen und Branchen – mit dem Ziel, langfristig erfolgreich zu sein. Dabei arbeitest du in einem Team von derzeit fünf Kolleg*innen. Wir legen Wert auf hohe Qualität, Ehrlichkeit und viel Eigenverantwortung.
  • Du baust Kampagnen in Google Ads und Microsoft Ads aus (Search, Display, Shopping & PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube) und berätst unsere Kund*innen zu ihrer SEA-Performance.
  • Du erstellst Tracking-Konzepte (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager), setzt sie um und berätst unsere Kund*innen bei technischen Fragen.
  • Je nach Kunde betreust du ergänzend Paid-Social-Kampagnen (z. B. Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Du erkennst kanalübergreifendes Potenzial und findest den größten Hebel für unsere Kund*innen.
  • Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit SEO-, Content- und Paid-Media-Kolleg*innen kreative Lösungen, die Sichtbarkeit und Erfolg unserer Kund*innen steigern.
  • Du unterstützt dein Team bei anspruchsvollen SEA-Fragestellungen.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im SEA, idealerweise in B2B und B2C sowie mit kleinen und sehr großen Budgets.
  • Du beherrschst die gesamte SEA-Klaviatur von Google und Microsoft Ads: Textanzeigen, Display, Shopping & PMax, YouTube und Remarketing.
  • Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in GA4 und Google Tag Manager sowie Erfahrung mit Reporting-Tools (Data Studio; Power BI oder Tableau von Vorteil).
  • Du bringst tiefgreifende Online-Marketing-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung mit.Du hast ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und denkst an den langfristigen Erfolg unserer Kund*innen.
  • Du gibst auch erfahrenen Inhouse-SEA-Teams neue Impulse.
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, souverän im Kundenkontakt und bringst gern im Team etwas voran.
  • Neugier und Lust auf Neues zeichnen dich aus, z. B. Automatisierung und KI-gestützte Ansätze.
  • Du sprichst und schreibst sehr gutes Englisch – die meisten Kund*innen sitzen aber in Deutschland.
  • Pluspunkte sind Erfahrung mit Server-Side-Tracking oder API-basierten Lösungen sowieErfahrung mit Paid Social (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
