Vacatureomschrijving

Als HR-stagiair(e) werk je nauw samen met het HR-team en ondersteun je bij de dagelijkse HR-activiteiten. Je krijgt de kans om een breed scala aan administratieve taken uit te voeren en praktische ervaring op te doen binnen de HR-afdeling. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Ondersteuning bij rekrutering: Je helpt bij het opstellen en publiceren van vacatures, het zoeken en verzamelen van sollicitaties en het plannen van interviews.
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bij onboarding: Je ondersteunt het onboardingproces door de nodige documenten te verzamelen, zorgen voor een vlotte administratieve integratie van nieuwe medewerkers en hen verwelkomen in de organisatie.
  • Personeelsadministratie: Je beheert en archiveert HR-gerelateerde documenten, zoals personeelsdossiers, contracten en attesten.
  • Ondersteuning bij HR-rapportages: Je helpt bij het verzamelen van gegevens voor HR-rapporten en de voorbereiding van presentaties voor HR-projecten.
  • Ondersteuning bij HR-projecten: Je assisteert bij de uitvoering van verschillende HR-projecten, zoals welzijnsinitiatieven, trainingsprogramma’s of teamactiviteiten (GPTW, ESG,..).
  • Aanspreekpunt voor basisvragen: Je beantwoordt basis HR-vragen van medewerkers over bijvoorbeeld verlofaanvragen, loonadministratie of andere HR-processen.

Functie-eisen

  • Je bent leergierig en hebt een proactieve, zelfstandige werkhouding.
  • Je bent hands-on en niet bang om initiatief te nemen.
  • Je hebt een vlotte pen en beheerst het Nederlands perfect.
  • Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt, maar geen must.
  • Je volgt een opleiding in HR, of een gerelateerde richting.
  • Je bent minimum 2 maanden beschikbaar.
