Longevity Advisor – Ultimate Longevity Center of Naperville Downtown Naperville (River District) · Full-time · $20/hour + commission + bonus opportunities

Ultimate Longevity Center is a fast-growing, premium wellness and longevity brand: recovery and performance services, clinical programs (IV therapy, peptides, labs and prescriptions through our medical partners), and an in-center apothecary, all built around a membership. We are opening our Naperville center and are looking for driven, client-focused Longevity Advisors to help us build it from the ground up.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about health, wellness and longevity and thrives in a sales-driven, client-facing environment. You will help people take the first step in their wellness journey, sell memberships, and build relationships that last. You join during presale, before the doors open, so you will help sign our founding members and be part of the opening team.

What you'll do

  • Sell memberships. Drive membership sales through consultative, goal-focused conversations, in person and on the phone.
  • Turn leads into members. Follow up quickly and consistently on every lead by call and text, book tours and consultations, and close.
  • Onboard new members. Guide members through onboarding and introduce them to our services, so they feel confident, educated and excited about their wellness journey.
  • Deliver a high-touch experience. Make every interaction personal, from a member's first visit to their long-term engagement, and earn retention and referrals.
  • Get out in the community. Represent ULC at local events, partner businesses and outreach to bring new people through the door.
  • Support daily operations. Front desk, scheduling, member communication and keeping the center running smoothly.

What success looks like

  • Hitting your sales and conversion goals consistently.
  • A high level of activity: calls, follow-ups and booked appointments.
  • Strong member relationships that drive retention and referrals.
  • Members who feel confident, educated and excited about their wellness journey.
  • A positive, high-energy team you help build.

What you bring

  • 1–3+ years of sales or client-facing experience, ideally in fitness, wellness, med spa, retail or hospitality.
  • A track record of hitting sales targets, and confidence closing memberships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; you build relationships easily.
  • Organized, proactive and results-driven. You take ownership and follow through.
  • Positive, energetic and goal-oriented.
  • A genuine passion for helping people feel better and live healthier lives. Interest in leading voices in longevity and human performance (e.g., Ultimate Human) is a plus.
  • Availability for center hours, including some evenings and weekends, and able to commute to Naperville.

Compensation and benefits

  • $20 per hour, plus commission on memberships you sell and bonus opportunities.
