Why this role is different

Most entry-level jobs bury you in tickets and targets. This one doesn't. You'll be the face and voice of Offrd — an AI-powered HR platform used by hundreds of Indian businesses. Your job is simple: talk to customers, show them what our product can do, help them succeed, and build relationships that last.

The workload is light. The impact is not. You'll get direct exposure to the founder, real customers, and real business decisions from day one — the kind of learning that takes years in a big company.

What you'll actually do

  • Be the voice of Offrd — run product demos on Zoom/Meet, welcome new customers, and make them feel at home.
  • Chat, call, connect — answer customer questions over calls and chat, and turn confused users into happy fans.
  • Show off the good stuff — introduce customers to premium features and help them see the value in upgrading.
  • Network like a pro — build genuine relationships with HR and business owners across India.
  • Be the customer's champion — pass feedback to the product team and help shape what we build next.

Who we're looking for

  • A natural people person — you genuinely enjoy conversations, not just tolerate them.
  • Excellent communicator — fluent, confident spoken English (Hindi is a big plus for our North Indian customers).
  • Dynamic and self-driven — you don't wait to be told; you spot opportunities and go after them.
  • Product-passionate — you love exploring apps, understanding how they work, and explaining them simply.
  • Calm under pressure — when a customer reports a problem, you solve it with a smile, not a panic.
  • Fresher or up to 6 months experience — in customer success, sales, support, demos, or anything people-facing. Attitude matters more than your resume.

One honest thing you should know

Our customers are business owners and HR teams — and they sometimes need us in the evenings or on weekends. So this role needs someone happy to take a call or reply to a chat outside 9-to-6 hours. In return, the overall workload is genuinely light, and we're flexible with you too. If you see "always reachable, rarely overloaded" as a fair trade, we'll get along great.
