Senior Account Manager — Front

Front's Account Management team owns a book of business — and turning that book into revenue is the job. As a Senior Account Manager, you'll run point on Front's largest, most strategic accounts: closing renewals, hunting for expansion, and negotiating your way to bigger deals every quarter. This is a quota-carrying seat for someone who treats every account like a pipeline of upside, not a maintenance task.

You'll be paired with a Customer Success Manager who keeps the product humming, but the commercial number is yours. Win the renewal, land the upsell, close the multi-year deal. This role is built for a closer who wants a bigger book, bigger deals, and the autonomy to run their territory like a business.

What will you be doing?

• Own the number for a portfolio of Front's largest strategic accounts — renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and net revenue retention are your quota
• Run and close complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations, from renewal terms to premium package upsells to multi-year contracts
• Hunt for expansion inside your existing book — using usage and health signals from your CSM partner to find the next deal before the customer asks
• Build the pitch: position services and premium packages as revenue-driving add-ons, not afterthoughts
• Forecast like a pro — accurate, defensible pipeline and renewal forecasting that leadership can plan the business around
• Set the standard for the team — your deal strategy and negotiation playbook become what other AMs copy
• Go toe-to-toe cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, and Marketing to clear blockers and close faster
• Represent the customer's voice in pricing and packaging conversations — and use it to close bigger deals

What skills and experience do you need?

• 5+ years carrying a number in Account Management, Renewals, or a commercial Customer Success role in SaaS, with a track record of hitting or beating quota
• Proven closer — you've run complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations and multi-year contracts and won
• Track record positioning and selling services or premium packages as part of the deal, not a separate ask
• Sharp with data — you use usage and health signals to build the business case and know exactly which accounts to push
• A negotiator's instincts and the relationship chops to keep the customer close while still pushing for the better deal
• Process-driven — you build the systems and playbooks that let you run a bigger book without dropping deals
• Comfortable partnering with CSMs, Solutions Architects, or technical teams, but never confused about who owns the commercial outcome
• Fluency with AI tools and a bias toward using them to move faster, think sharper, and automate the repetitive
