Actualmente nos encontramos buscando un Desarrollador Full Stack:

El Reto (Responsabilidades)

  • Diseñar soluciones técnicas seguras y equilibradas, evaluando la demanda y viabilidad.
  • Realizar el diseño técnico de programas, módulos y modelos complejos de acuerdo con la metodología.
  • Construir, probar y documentar los elementos estructurales de la solución.
  • Definir planes de prueba y ejecutar pruebas unitarias y de integración.
  • Automatizar procesos y configurar herramientas para mejorar la eficiencia y productividad.
  • Participar en la recopilación de requisitos y el diseño funcional.
  • Consolidar y transmitir conocimientos técnicos, funcionales y metodológicos al equipo.
  • Proporcionar soporte técnico y capacitar a perfiles con menos experiencia.
  • Estimar esfuerzos y planificar tareas de mayor alcance.
  • Asegurar que el desarrollo cumpla con el plan de calidad, la metodología y los estándares definidos.
  • Identificar oportunidades de automatización y mejora continua.
  • Colaborar activamente con otros roles del proyecto y adaptarse a las necesidades del servicio.
  • Difundir y aplicar el plan de ciberseguridad del proyecto o producto.

Tu Perfil (Requisitos)

  • 5 años de experiencia profesional demostrable.
  • Experiencia sólida en desarrollo Backend utilizando Java 17, Spring y Microservicios (aprox. 80% del rol).
  • Experiencia práctica en desarrollo Frontend utilizando Angular (aprox. 20% del rol).
  • Manejo de contenedores y orquestación con Docker y Kubernetes.
  • Conocimiento y aplicación de Arquitectura Hexagonal y framework Quarkus (u otros equivalentes).
  • Mindset de Alto Rendimiento: Resiliencia, inteligencia emocional y enfoque en entrega ágil.
  • ADN Tecnológico: Entendimiento profundo de la diferencia entre programar e ingeniería.

Deseable

  • Conocimientos en fundamentos de Cloud o experiencia con asistentes de código con IA.

Idiomas

  • Inglés Técnico: Capacidad para la lectura y comprensión de documentación técnica y especificaciones.
  • Español Nativo.
