¿Qué Estarás Haciendo?

  • Liderando con tu ejemplo y responsabilizando al equipo a las expectativas de su trabajo y el seguimiento de procesos
  • Facilitando el entrenamiento a los miembros de equipo en los procesos de seguridad, calidad, precisión y agilidad
  • Asignando a los miembros del equipo a sus funciones diarias y ajustando funciones según los cambios del negocio
  • Coordinando los periodos de descanso para todos los miembros del equipo en el turno
  • Ejecutando los procesos de manejo de efectivo, cajas registradoras, reconciliación de bóveda, órdenes de cambio y depósitos
  • Garantizando que se ejecute la rotación adecuada del inventario y que los pedidos se procesen según sea necesario
  • Aprobando transacciones de los miembros de equipo en las cajas registradoras según los requisitos pre-establecidos
  • Respondiendo a las quejas inmediatas de los invitados, siempre intentando recuperar la satisfacción de estos
  • Apoyando e influyendo en los objetivos operacionales y financieros del restaurante
  • Monitoreando la limpieza general del restaurante
  • Liderando y participando en las verificaciones diarias, semanales, mensuales y trimestrales (tales como Safe Daily Critical(s), ERQA’s y controles de temperaturas) e inmediatamente corrigiendo las oportunidades identificadas
  • Garantizando una transición exitosa al siguiente turno
