Für den erfolgreichen Verkauf unserer hochwertigen Stockwerkeigentumswohnungen suchen wir eine engagierte und verkaufsstarke Persönlichkeit als:

Immobilienberater:in (80\-100%)

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Verkauf von Stockwerkeigentumswohnungen in der Deutschschweiz
  • Erstellung von Standort\- und Marktanalysen
  • Erarbeitung von Vermarktungskonzepten in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Bereichen und externen Agenturen
  • Betreuung von Banken und Notariaten
  • Umsetzung der definierten Vermarktungsmassnahmen inkl. Budgetkontrolle
  • Beratung und Betreuung der Kundschaft während des gesamten Verkaufsprozesses
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Besichtigungen und Verkaufsgesprächen
  • Vorbereitung der Stockwerkeigentumsbegründungsunterlagen und der Kaufverträge bis hin zur Unterzeichnung beim Notariat

Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung im Immobilienbereich, insbesondere im Verkauf von Stockwerkeigentum
  • Fundiertes Immobilienfachwissen und eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung in der Immobilienwirtschaft
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und ausgeprägte Eigenverantwortung
  • Proaktive, selbstständige und vertrauensvolle Arbeitsweise mit grossem Engagement und Leidenschaft
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zu flexibler Mobilität
