OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Intern (m/f/d) to support our sales and go-to-market team. This internship is ideal for students or early-stage professionals who are passionate about leveraging data to drive decision-making in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment. This role is highly operational and impact-driven: You will work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations to uncover trends, optimize CRM systems, and contribute to impactful initiatives that improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Clean and standardize CRM records

- Support Reporting for C-Level executives

- Improve data structure and maintain hygiene

- Support ongoing CRM maintenance so reporting and sales execution stays reliable

- Research and prepare outbound initiatives for target accounts

- Create and maintain offer/proposal templates

- Build a presentation library (deck modules, reusable slides, versioning/structure)

- Organize case studies and documentation so sales and marketing can find and reuse content quickly

- Support ad-hoc operational tasks that unblock the team and improve execution speed

QUALIFICATIONS

- Ongoing studies in Business, Economics, Data/Analytics, Marketing Ops, or related fields (or comparable early-stage experience)

- Very strong attention to detail and willingness to do structured operational work

- Confident with Excel/Google Sheets; interest in CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)

- Able to research quickly and summarize clearly (stakeholders, pains, context)

- Organized working style; you enjoy creating order, templates, and reusable structures

- Proactive mindset: you spot gaps, propose improvements, and follow through
