Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time / Part-Time / Per Diem

Serene Home Nursing Agency – Queens to Montauk, Long Island

Pay: $70.00 – $90.00 per visit

Serene Home Nursing Agency is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for flexibility, competitive pay, and a supportive team.

Work with patients across home, school, and facility settings throughout Long Island while maintaining full control over your schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
  • Train caregivers and school staff on therapy techniques
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

Qualifications

  • Valid New York State SLP license
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
  • Professional liability insurance
