En Serial de la Torre buscamos incorporar un/a Líder de Selección para nuestro equipo interno, con el desafío de liderar el área, gestionar búsquedas complejas y acompañar el crecimiento de nuestros clientes con foco en resultados.

Responsabilidades principales

Gestión del equipo

  • Coordinar y acompañar al equipo de selectores en la ejecución de las búsquedas.
  • Asignar objetivos y métricas de rendimiento individuales (KPI) y grupales.
  • Evaluar el desempeño y la productividad de cada consultor, brindando retroalimentación continua y capacitación.
  • Promover un clima colaborativo, orientado al logro de resultados y la mejora continua.

Gestión de procesos de selección

  • Planificar, distribuir y supervisar las búsquedas según tipo de cliente, industria y seniority.
  • Asegurar la calidad técnica y la estandarización de las entrevistas, evaluaciones psicotécnicas, pruebas técnicas y assessments.
  • Implementar herramientas tecnológicas (ATS, IA, tableros de control, CRM) para optimizar tiempos, trazabilidad y calidad del proceso.
  • Elaborar informes de avance, métricas de eficiencia y reportes de resultados para dirección y clientes.

Desarrollo comercial y relación con clientes

  • Gestionar el vínculo con los clientes actuales, garantizando su satisfacción y la continuidad de las relaciones comerciales.
  • Detectar oportunidades de negocio y proponer nuevos servicios o proyectos de selección.
  • Participar activamente en presentaciones, cotizaciones y negociaciones comerciales.
  • Colaborar con el área de marketing para fortalecer la presencia de la consultora en redes profesionales y eventos del sector.

Gestión económica y administrativa

  • Monitorear los presupuestos de selección, costos por búsqueda y rentabilidad por cliente.
  • Controlar indicadores económicos: facturación por consultor, tasa de cierre de búsquedas y márgenes de rentabilidad.
  • Asegurar la correcta facturación y seguimiento de cobranzas vinculadas a las búsquedas realizadas.

Requisitos

Competencias clave

  • Liderazgo y capacidad de conducción de equipos.
  • Enfoque analítico y orientación a resultados.
  • Visión comercial y capacidad de negociación.
  • Alta adaptabilidad al cambio y manejo de múltiples proyectos.
  • Dominio de herramientas tecnológicas para reclutamiento (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Power BI, CRM, IA, etc.).
  • Comunicación efectiva y habilidades interpersonales.

Formación y experiencia

  • Título universitario en Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Administración o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en procesos de selección y al menos 2 años en posiciones de coordinación o liderazgo de equipos.
  • Experiencia comprobable en consultoras o empresas de servicios de selección.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en indicadores de gestión, herramientas digitales y metodologías ágiles de trabajo
