Voor deze functie zoeken we geen klassieke bewakingsagent aan een vaste post. We zoeken een communicatieve en stressbestendige professional die energie haalt uit het helpen van mensen en het coördineren van dringende situaties. Krijg jij energie van mensen helpen, snel schakelen en het coôrdineren van dringende situaties? Zoek je een functie waarbij communicatie, verantwoordelijkheid en probleemoplossing centraal staan? Dan is deze rol iets voor jou.

Als Bewakingsagent Dispatching bij OTIS ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor mensen die geconfroteerd worden met een liftstoring of noodsituatie. Jij maakt het verschil door bewoners, bezoekers en klaten gerust te stellen, de juiste acties in gang te zetten en ervoor te zorgen dat elke interventie vlot verloopt.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Je beantwoordt noodoproepen, technische meldingen en vragen van klanten;
  • Je blijft kalm en professioneel wanneer mensen zich in een stressvolle of urgentie situatie bevinden;
  • Je stelt bellers gerust en biedt hen duidelijke informatie en ondersteuning;
  • Je coordineert interventies en stuurt techniekers aan waar nodig;
  • Je volgt incidenten nauwgezet op tot een oplossing is gevonden;
  • Je registreert alle meldingen correct en volledig in het dispatchingsysteem;
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen.
