A Serlima Target, empresa especializada em soluções de recrutamento e seleção do Grupo Serlima, encontra-se a recrutar para uma unidade hoteleira de referência em Arcos de Valdevez. Estamos a reforçar a equipa com um(a) Ajudante de Cozinha dinâmico(a), responsável e com gosto pela área da restauração.

Funções

  • Apoiar a preparação e confeção de alimentos;
  • Proceder à lavagem, corte e preparação de ingredientes;
  • Auxiliar na montagem e empratamento das refeições;
  • Assegurar a limpeza e organização da cozinha, utensílios e equipamentos;
  • Garantir o cumprimento das normas de higiene e segurança alimentar (HACCP);
  • Colaborar com a restante equipa de cozinha, contribuindo para o bom funcionamento do serviço.

Perfil

  • Experiência anterior em funções semelhantes (preferencial);
  • Gosto pela área da restauração e hotelaria;
  • Sentido de responsabilidade, organização e dinamismo;
  • Espírito de equipa e facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Capacidade para trabalhar sob pressão e em ambiente dinâmico;
  • Disponibilidade para horários rotativos, incluindo fins de semana e feriados;
  • Disponibilidade imediata será valorizada.

Oferta

  • Contrato de trabalho;
  • Horário a tempo inteiro (Full-Time);
  • Vencimento Base: 920,00 €;
  • Subsídio de Alimentação: 6,60 €/dia;
