A Serlima Target encontra-se a recrutar Assistente de Direção Hotel para para empresa cliente na zona de Tavira, Algarve;

O Assistente de Direção de Hotel apoia diretamente o Diretor Geral na gestão das operações diárias da unidade hoteleira. A sua principal missão é garantir a qualidade do serviço, coordenar as equipas e substituir o diretor na sua ausência.

Principais Responsabilidades e Funções O conteúdo funcional divide-se entre a presença ativa na operação (Front Of House) e o trabalho de gestão administrativa (Backoffice):

Apoio Operacional e Supervisão Coordenação interdepartamental: Articular e acompanhar o trabalho da Recepção, Alimentos e Bebidas (F&B), Reservas, Manutenção e Governança. Controlo de qualidade: Verificar os padrões de serviço oferecidos e realizar auditorias internas de qualidade, ambiente e segurança. Gestão de reclamações: Atender hóspedes exigentes e resolver conflitos operacionais com foco na fidelização do cliente. Substituição da Direção: Assumir a responsabilidade total e a tomada de decisões da unidade hoteleira na ausência do Diretor Geral.

Gestão Administrativa e Estratégica Recursos Humanos: Apoiar no planeamento de escalas, integração, contratação e formação contínua dos colaboradores. Análise financeira: Elaborar relatórios diários de ocupação, analisar rácios de faturação e controlar custos operacionais. Dinamização comercial: Propor ideias e atividades atrativas para potenciar as vendas e o negócio envolvente do hotel. Segurança e Higiene: Assegurar o cumprimento rigoroso das normas legais e dos procedimentos de HACCP.

Perfil e Requisitos do Candidato

Para desempenhar esta função com sucesso nas principais cadeias de recrutamento, os candidatos devem apresentar as seguintes competências:

Formação Académica - Licenciatura em Gestão Hoteleira, Turismo ou Direção de Hotéis. Idiomas - Fluência obrigatória em Português e Inglês, valorizando-se uma terceira língua. Competências Técnicas Domínio de ferramentas informáticas (Excel) e de sistemas de gestão hoteleira (PMS). Habilidades de Liderança Capacidade de gerir conflitos, motivar equipas e trabalhar sob forte pressão. Atitude - Postura proativa, excelente apresentação pessoal, polivalência e flexibilidade horária.
