A Serlima Target, área de negócio do Grupo Serlima especializada em soluções de recrutamento e seleção, encontra-se a recrutar um Operador de Manutenção / Impressão (M/F) para integrar a empresa de referência no setor da impressão gráfica, reconhecida pela sua inovação, qualidade e forte compromisso com a sustentabilidade.

Funções:

  • Operar e acompanhar máquinas de impressão e equipamentos industriais;
  • Efetuar afinações, ajustes e pequenas intervenções de manutenção preventiva e corretiva;
  • Garantir o correto funcionamento dos equipamentos, minimizando tempos de paragem;
  • Monitorizar a qualidade do processo produtivo, assegurando o cumprimento das especificações técnicas;
  • Colaborar com as equipas de Produção e Manutenção na resolução de avarias e otimização dos processos;
  • Cumprir as normas de Segurança, Qualidade e Ambiente em vigor.

Perfil:

  • Experiência em ambiente industrial (preferencialmente na indústria gráfica, impressão);
  • Conhecimentos de mecânica, eletromecânica ou manutenção industrial;
  • Sentido de responsabilidade, organização e atenção ao detalhe;
  • Capacidade de aprendizagem e adaptação a processos industriais;
  • Espírito de equipa e proatividade;
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar de segunda a sexta-feira no horário das 23h30 às 08h00.
