A Serlima Target, área de negócio do Grupo Serlima especializada em soluções de trabalho temporário e recrutamento, encontra-se a recrutar Rececionista de 2ª (M/F) para unidade hoteleira localizada em Vila Real de Santo António.

Descrição da Função:

  • Atendimento e acolhimento de hóspedes;
  • Realização de check-in e check-out;
  • Gestão de reservas e apoio administrativo à receção;
  • Prestação de informações sobre os serviços da unidade;
  • Apoio na resolução de pedidos e acompanhamento ao cliente;
  • Garantir um atendimento cordial e profissional.

Requisitos Principais:

  • Experiência anterior em funções de receção hoteleira (preferencial);
  • Boa apresentação e capacidade de comunicação;
  • Conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador;
  • Sentido de responsabilidade, organização e autonomia;
  • Orientação para o cliente e gosto pelo trabalho em equipa;
  • Conhecimentos de inglês (valorizado);
  • Disponibilidade de horários.
