Sob o lema «Facultamos o profissional certo!» estamos a recrutar um Técnico de Contabilidade para empresa cliente na zona do Porto.

Funções:

  • Efetuar corretamente os registos contabilísticos de acordo com a legislação, normas e orientações superiores, de modo a garantir a fiabilidade e disponibilidade atempada da informação.
  • Digitalização dos documentos e renomear os mesmos no Gesdoc
  • Arquivo sequencial dos documentos contabilizados
  • Lançamento e criação de fluxos atempadamente, encerramento mensal do lançamento de custos e documentos passiveis de IVA, gestão eficaz do arquivo documental.

Requisitos:

  • 12º ano de escolaridade;
  • Licenciatura em Contabilidade, Economia, Gestão ou equivalente.
  • Experiência de 3 anos em funções similares (preferencial);
  • Bons conhecimentos de Informática, nomeadamente em Outlook, Excel e Word;
  • Conhecimentos de línguas Estrangeiras (Inglês);
  • Comunicação, iniciativa, trabalho em equipa, capacidade de análise e orientação para a concretização
