Job Description:

As a Trabalhador Limpeza em Hotéis, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our clients' hotel rooms and public areas. Your main duties will include:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing hotel rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
  • Replenishing guest supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens
  • Cleaning and disinfecting public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
  • Emptying and disposing of trash and recycling
  • Reporting any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
  • Assisting with laundry and other housekeeping tasks as needed
  • Following all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to guest requests or concerns
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hotel cleaning or housekeeping preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols and standards
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Friendly and positive attitude towards guests and colleagues
  • Fluency in Portuguese and basic English communication skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
