Inserida no Grupo Serlima, a Serlima Target é a área de negócio especializada em soluções de Trabalho Temporário e Cedências Diretas. Estamos a recrutar Visual Merchandiser para integrar uma empresa de referência no setor do mobiliário, decoração e bricolage, em Aveiro.

O TRABALHO

  • Desenvolver, implementar e garantir a manutenção dos planogramas de exposição e decoração;
  • Apoiar as lojas na implementação das normas de Visual Merchandising;
  • Dinamizar alterações na imagem das lojas, de acordo com as tendências de mercado e estratégias comerciais;
  • Desenvolver manuais e normas de Visual Merchandising;
  • Interpretar plantas e layouts para otimização dos espaços comerciais;
  • Realizar deslocações regulares às lojas para acompanhamento, supervisão e implementação dos projetos;
  • Colaborar na melhoria contínua da experiência do cliente através da apresentação dos produtos.

O QUE PROCURAMOS

  • Experiência comprovada em funções de Visual Merchandising no setor do retalho (obrigatório);
  • Capacidade para elaborar e interpretar planogramas;
  • Capacidade para interpretar plantas e layouts de loja;
  • Formação em Visual Merchandising, Vitrinismo, Decoração, Design de Interiores ou áreas similares;
  • Conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador;
  • Conhecimentos de editores de imagem e AutoCAD (preferencial);
  • Carta de condução e disponibilidade para deslocações;
  • Criatividade, autonomia, organização e atenção ao detalhe;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e espírito de equipa.
